Our Safer Practice

To help keep our community safe, we:

• Have safeguarding policies and procedures in place.

• Ensure staff and volunteers understand their safeguarding responsibilities.

• Carry out appropriate recruitment checks, including Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) checks where required.

• Provide safeguarding training appropriate to each role.

• Maintain clear procedures for reporting and responding to concerns.

• Promote a culture where everyone feels able to raise concerns.
