Children attending activities remain the responsibility of their parent, carer or supervising adult unless the activity has been clearly advertised as a supervised session.

Specific supervision arrangements will always be communicated before an activity takes place.

Health and Safety

We aim to provide safe, welcoming and inclusive activities.

Participants should:

Payments and Refunds

Where activities require payment:

• Payment must normally be made before attendance unless otherwise agreed.

• Refunds may be offered where an event is cancelled by The SEND Club CIC.

• Refund requests for participant cancellations will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Photography and Media

Photographs or videos may be taken during activities to celebrate and promote our work.

We will only use identifiable images where appropriate permission has been given.
